in order to maintain my weight, or even reduce it i want to share you recipe without salt and oil. And since i live in Germany, i rarely eat rice, i used to, but i like to see potatoes or bread on my plate. In this case, i also use another kind of carbo, it's a thin bread, usually used for Kebab or Wrap.
so this is the recipe
Yoghurt Dressing
1 Tb Lemon Juice
3 Tb Yoghurt Plain
Dill chopped
1 Teaspoon Honey
Mix it all.
Chicken Steak
100gr Chicken Breast,
Tabasco
Honey
2 Garlics, chopped
Steps:
Prepare the pan, non stick one, if you want to add butter, pick the low fat butter.
Put the chicken breast into the pan, sear it for two minutes each sides.
Press the chicken breast to make sure if it's all cooked (Unfortunately, chicken can't be under cooked.)
and plate it all, add some veggies, and enjoy your meal.
