Heyya,
Citra akhir akhir ini lagi doyan banget masak, ga tau nih mungkin kebanyakan diam dirumah, padahal tugas masih numpuk. Kali ini Citra mau kasih resep kue wajib buat dibeli kalo lagi nongkrong di kedai kopi, it's carrot cake. Aslinya gue ga suka wortel, kecuali dibikin bakwan dan dijadiin kue ini.


Bahan:
2 Butir Telur
1 Sdm Vanilla Essence
1 Sdm Lemon Juice
175ml Minyak Sayur
1 Sdt Baking Soda
1 Sdt Kayu Manis Bubuk
175 gram Tepung Terigu
175gram Gula
3 Buah Wortel diparut

Icing nya Cream Cheese 250 gram dicampur gula halus 100gram.

Pertama, kocok telur, masukan gula, kocok lagi hingga tercampur.
lalu masukan vanila, lemon juice, dan minyak sayur, aduk PERLAHAN hingga tercampur, inget jangan over mixing. Kemudian masukan wortel.
Campur semua bahan kering, lalu sedikit demi sedikit masukan ke bahan yang basah,  aduk rata.
Tuang ke cetakan.

oh ya citra panggang di suhu 180 derajat selama 40 menit.

in order to maintain my weight, or even reduce it i want to share you recipe without salt and oil. And since i live in Germany, i rarely eat rice, i used to, but i like to see potatoes or bread on my plate. In this case, i also use another kind of carbo, it's a thin bread, usually used for Kebab or Wrap.

so this is the recipe

Yoghurt Dressing
1 Tb Lemon Juice
3 Tb Yoghurt Plain
Dill chopped
1 Teaspoon Honey

Mix it all.




Chicken Steak
100gr Chicken Breast,
Tabasco
Honey
2 Garlics, chopped




Steps:

Prepare the pan, non stick one, if you want to add butter, pick the low fat butter.
Put the chicken breast into the pan, sear it for two minutes each sides.
Press the chicken breast to make sure if it's all cooked (Unfortunately, chicken can't be under cooked.)





and plate it all, add some veggies, and enjoy your meal.
